Sycamore Grove is a development of 14 four bedroom houses on Grove Road, Glasnevin in one of the most popular residential locations in Dublin. The houses range in size from 130 sq.m – 135 sq.m (1,399 sq.ft – 1,453 sq.ft). These distinctively designed houses with an A2 BER rating feature tasteful brick facades and generous rear gardens. Crumlin
This was a completely derelict old house on a small site that we worked hard to achieve a high density planning permission for the relative size of the site. We got permission to restore the old house and build 4 new modern houses alongside it on the site.It is now a nice residential addition to the old village of Crumlin.
